Ole Miss Baseball takes over #1 spot

Mississippi State might be the defending national champions, but there’s a new number one in the polls this week in the magnolia state and it’s Ole Miss.

The Rebels leapfrog Texas in the D1baseball.com rankings after going 3-1 this week, scoring 16 runs in the first two of those wins.

Pearl River Central alum Hayden Dunhurst had a big game in the Sunday finale, blasting off a home run to straight away center and sniping down a runner at second.
