Ole Miss alum Laremy Tunsil signs extension with Houston Texans

Ole Miss alum Laremy Tunsil is now the highest paid offensive lineman in the NFL, having signed a three year contract extension with the Houston Texans worth $66 million, $57.8 million of that guaranteed.

A first round pick of the Miami Dolphins in 2016, Tunsil made his first career Pro Bowl at left tackle in 2019 following a preseason trade to the Texans in exchange for two first round picks.

The former Rebel even got a $13 million signing bonus to keep protecting Deshaun Watson’s blindside.
