Officials gather for the Harrison County State of the County Address

HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Harrison County State of the County Address was held Tuesday.

The annual address is hosted by the Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and includes government officials and business leaders coming together to discuss the current state of the county, future initiatives, and economic development strategies.

The special guest for this year’s event was Harrison County District 5 Supervisor Nathan Barrett.

This event provided those who attended an informative gathering discussing accomplishments, issues, improvements, concerns, and more across Harrison County.

The event also served as an important platform for community members to learn about partnerships between the government and businesses in the Gulf Coast region.
