Ochsner Health clinics and urgent cares to remain closed Wednesday, January 22

As winter weather conditions continue to impact our area, Ochsner Health urgent care locations and clinics across greater New Orleans, Northshore, Bayou and Mississippi Gulf Coast regions will remain closed on Wednesday, January 22.

Ochsner clinic appointments and elective procedures scheduled for Wednesday, January 22 are being postponed and will be rescheduled. Patients with clinic appointments will be contacted and rescheduled or offered a virtual visit, when available.

The full list of impacted locations can be found at www.ochsner.org/status.

All Ochsner hospital emergency departments remain open. For a complete list of Ochsner and regional partner hospitals, please visit www.ochsner.org. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911.

When possible, patients are encouraged to use Ochsner Connected Anywhere, which connects patients to Ochsner physicians for urgent care and behavioral health virtual visits. Patients who live in Louisiana can download the MyOchsner mobile app on iOS or Android to receive care and those who live outside of Louisiana can download the Ochsner Connected Anywhere mobile app on iOS or Android to receive care. For more information about these services, visit ochsner.org/connectedanywhere.

The opening status of Ochsner clinics and urgent care locations is subject to change due to winter weather conditions. A decision regarding operations for Thursday, January 23, will be made based on Wednesday’s weather conditions and road safety updates. Updates will be shared with employees and patients as soon as possible.
