Ocean Springs Yacht Club hosting Island Hop Regatta

The Ocean Springs Yacht Club is hosting their annual Island Hop Regatta this weekend!

23 boats are registered for the event right now with racers setting sail late Saturday morning.

Saturday’s race launches from the yacht club and heads to Deer Island.

During that time food, drinks, and swimming will be provided.

The second leg of the race is from Deer Island back to the yacht club.

Sunday’s race winner will be the fastest to sail around Deer Island.

Sailors have a chance to get their name on the Deer Island Perpetual Trophy!
