Ocean Springs School District shares update on campus improvements

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- The Ocean Springs School District announced upgrades and improvements to their campuses.

They are currently installing walls to the new classrooms for Oak Park Elementary School and will hopefully begin installing the room structure in December.

Over at Pecan Park Elementary, they have started work on the concrete slab for new classrooms there.

The brand-new Ocean Springs Middle School is currently in the design process with the goal of a complete concept ready for review at the December board meeting.

They hope to have the new middle school complete by 2028 with the upper elementary moving into the former middle school.
