Ocean Springs remains first in the region as they defeat Harrison Central 10-1.

The Ocean Springs Greyhounds welcomed the Harrison Central Red Rebels to “The Tom” as the competed in game two of their regional series.

Tristan Fox got the nod on the mound for Ocean Springs, while Bubba Harris started on the mound for Harrison Central.

Greyhound catcher Jeremy Korn with a huge throwdown to second to clear the bases in the top of the first. Tristan Fox got his first strikeout for out number two.

The blue and white was eager at the plate to start the bottom of the first, getting four hits and five runs. Those hits belonged to Cannon Hensarling, AJ Arguello, Jack Jordan and AJ Rossi.

Harrison Central’s Parrish Laiche gets the first hit for the Red Rebels and end up with runners on first and third, but Tristan Fox gets out of the jam with a huge strikeout.

Ocean Springs continued to do damage and the win the regional series over Harrison Central 10-1. Greyhounds will attempt the series sweep tomorrow at Harrison Central with an 11am first pitch.
