Ocean Springs police seek public’s help identifying suspect in connection with aggravated assault
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- The Ocean Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect connected to an aggravated assault that occurred late last month.
According to investigators, the incident took place at a restaurant on Government Street on February 28, 2026, at approximately 10:08 p.m.
Detectives say the suspect was involved in the assault and may have ties to the Hattiesburg area.
Officials are urging anyone with information about the individual’s identity to contact the Ocean Springs Police Department or Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers.
