Ocean Springs Mayoral Election

In Ocean Springs, Republican Shea Dobson ran against Incumbent Democrat Mayor Connie Moran. Moran has been the mayor of Ocean Springs since 2005.
After a very heated election, Shea Dobson has upset the three term incumbent Mayor Connie Moran with 55% of the vote to 45%. The 31-year-old will now take over as mayor of Ocean Springs starting July 1st.
