Ocean Springs High School hosting DUI Education Exercise

Ocean Springs, Miss. (WXXV)- The Ocean Springs School District is sharing the high school will be conducting a DUI education exercise today.

That exercise is being conducted with the district’s police department, city police, fire department and other agencies.

District officials wanting the public to know there will be a significant presence of emergency vehicles on and around campus.

This is just a simulation, not a real emergency.

The assembly will feature live demonstrations including lights and sirens. Also included are life flight helicopter landings.

The exercise is expected to begin at 8:45 this morning in the southwest parking lot.
