Ocean Springs girls soccer takes down Pass Christian, 5-1, to begin season

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV) — Girls soccer season has officially kicked off on the Mississippi Coast, and it’s already shaping up to be an exciting year.

The Ocean Springs Lady Greyhounds hosted Pass Christian to open up the season. The Lady Pirates took a 1-0 lead into halftime, but the Lady Greyhounds exploded in the second half, recording five goals in the frame en route to a 5-1 victory.
