Ocean Springs football: Micah Kelly commits to Toledo

Today, Ocean Springs running back Micah Kelly committed to the University of Toledo over five other division I FBS offers.

A three star recruit, Kelly didn’t start to generate a lot of buzz until the 2018 season, but now the 1,500 yard rusher will be a household name on National Signing Day.
