Ocean Springs Class of 2022 graduates at the Coast Coliseum
Ocean Springs High School seniors took the stage to accept their diploma.
‘Once a Greyhound, always a Greyhound!’ The Ocean Springs class of 2022 chanted and cheered during graduation practice one final time before crossing the stage in front of family and friends.
This year’s graduating class earned and accepted over $14 million in scholarship money. Valedictorian Margaret Brune said, “My mom is a single mom and has always pushed how important education is and how you can get anywhere if you just have your education because no one can take that away from you. So, that’s always driven me to do very well in school because I know it’ll get me to the next point and where I want to be.”
Ocean Springs High is the last school on the Coast to graduate, closing out this year’s graduation season.
