Ocean Springs Bus Driver In Court

The trial for the former Ocean Springs school bus driver accused of inappropriately touching a student was temporarily postponed this morning after Sergio Sandoval suffered a medical emergency. Sergio Sandoval passed out before proceedings got underway this morning and he was transported to the emergency room. He was examined, discharged, and sent back to court. Sandoval is charged with four counts of touching a child for lustful purposes and one count of sexual battery Today the victim and her father are expected to take the stand when the trial resumes at one.
