Ocean Springs announces road closure scheduled for Thursday

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Ocean Springs is alerting drivers to a road closure scheduled for Thursday.

Dewey Avenue at Hellmers Drive will be closed to traffic starting at 7 a.m. tomorrow morning.

Crews will be working on a sewer main connection. Work is expected to wrap up by 7 p.m.

Drivers are asked to plan accordingly and find alternate routes.
