Ocean Springs Alum/White Sox Pitcher Garrett Crochet placed on 10-day IL
A little bit of a set back for Ocean Springs alum Garrett Crochet who’s been placed on the ten-day injured list by the Chicago White Sox, retroactive to April 26th.
The former Greyhound has suffered an upper back strain and Chicago has given no indication as to how long he could be on the mend.
Crochet was the 11th overall selection in last year’s MLB Draft and has done nothing but dominate opposing hitters ever since his meteoric rise to the Bigs, allowing just one earned run throughout his first 15 professional innings.
