Northwood Church helps in Louisiana relief efforts

At their first Wednesday service tonight, Northwood Church contributes to Ida disaster relief for our neighbors in Louisiana.

The church’s partnership with the Giving Bak Foundation will help feed people in the Denham Springs area.

Tonight, church members donated cans of vegetables, aluminum pans, bread, Little Debbie snacks and propane tanks. Northwood Church Lead Pastor Jordan Ducote said, “One thing I can say about Northwood is the people here, they love people. So, at any point that they can give back, they try to do so. So, that’s one thing about our church, something to help the people in South Louisiana as much as we can. We can’t all go, but we can give. So, that’s what we wanted to do.”

Relief items will be donated to Louisiana tomorrow.
