Thanks to tips that came in to Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers, a pair of suspects were identified and arrested within minutes of their photos being released to the public.

Jackson County Sheriff’s Department asked for the public’s help to find the suspects wanted in a credit card fraud case.

The male suspect had a tattoo on his face like The Joker’s smile and the woman was carrying a small dog when they allegedly used a credit card to purchase more than $1,000 at businesses in the St. Marin community.

The unique tattoo helped the public quickly identify the suspects to Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers and Jackson County deputies.

Jonathan Meadows, 40, has been charged with credit card fraud and is being held at the Jackson County jail without bond.
