No Felony Charges in Child Abuse Case

The three suspects accused of locking two small children in dog kennels will not face felony child abuse charges.
Parents Patrick Braddock and Brittany Braddock as well as grandmother Pamela Davis were all arrested on January 28th, 2015 and charged with felony child abuse after police discovered the children locked in kennels while serving an arrest warrant to Patrick Braddock.
According to defense attorney Michael Crosby, a grand jury could not convict the three on felony charges due to lack of evidence. He says the three were not indicted but the case could still be handled as a misdemeanor.
