No Approval in Singing River Pension

In Gulfport today, it was a long day in court as U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola listened to how Singing River Health System plans on paying retirees the $150 million over the next 35 years.
The settlement was not approved today. Retirees will be back in court tomorrow at 9:30 where they will hear from several more witnesses before the judge decides whether or not to approve the settlement.
