New medical development for Woolmarket area

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Biloxi is sharing details about a multi-phase medical development moving off North Oaklawn Lane in the Woolmarket community.

City officials shared phase one will include construction of two medical buildings.

The building facing North Oaklawn Lane is planned to be a pain management clinic while the second building will house Pine Belt Dermatology.

Foundation plans for both buildings have been completed and are currently being finalized.

Phase two will focus on infrastructure, including the construction of the fist segment of a new boulevard, the overall development is expected to include six to seven structures.
