New DMR office in Biloxi issuing permits
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- DMR’s new licensing office in Biloxi is now issuing licenses.
This includes commercial and recreational licenses for shrimp, oyster, and crab harvesting, as well as wetland permits.
The office is located on A.J. Holloway Drive and is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
