New director of finance and accounting for the City of Gulfport announced

GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gulfport has named a new director of finance and accounting.

Kini Gonsoulin takes the role after more than two decades of municipal finance experience. She will oversee the city’s financial operations, including budget development, utility billing, and financial reporting to city leadership.

Gonsoulin says her goal is to align financial resources with community priorities and ensure sustainability in the city.
