New Developments in Stone County Incident

New developments out of Stone County where a white football player is accused of tying a rope around a black teammate’s neck.
The 15-year-old’s mother describes her son as shaken up as he recounted the incident. Stacy Payton says her son bears no physical injury, but she believes the incident has permanently changed him. He still attends classes and is playing football.
Meantime, one student at school is suspended. The Stone County Sheriff’s Department is investigating and the NAACP is calling for a federal investigation.
