New details about drive-by shooting in Pearl River County

PEARL RIVER COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Over in Pearl River County, sheriff’s investigators are releasing new details about a drive-by shooting earlier this month.

The shooting happened on February 19th at the intersection of Highway 53 and Barth Road.

Deputies were called to Highland Memorial Hospital in Picayune that day after a man came to the hospital with a gunshot wound.

Investigators later took Austin Reynolds into custody and charged him with drive-by shooting.

Michelle Rogers has been arrested for allegedly helping Reynolds evade law enforcement.

Now, investigators are searching for Shyanne Thibodeaux, who is accused of helping Reynolds and Rogers after the shooting and who has an outstanding warrant for accessory after the fact.

The investigation into this shooting is still ongoing.
