New Commander of Second Air Force

A Change of Command Ceremony took over the parade field at Keesler Air Force Base this morning.
Major General Mark Brown passed along his duties of Second Air Force to Major General Robert Labrutta. Both were accompanied by loved ones as they took the podium for emotional speeches.
Major General Labrutta is no stranger to Keesler. He arrived in Biloxi after his basic military training back in 1981.
Both were extremely proud of one another and spoke highly of Keesler Air Force Base.
Major General Labrutta will remain in command of the Second Air Force for the next two years.
