New casino potentially coming to Biloxi along HWY 90

A new casino could potentially be making its home along Highway 90 in Biloxi, pending a site approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission.

On Thursday’s meeting, the Mississippi Gaming Commission will address the Tullis Gardens Hotel and Casino’s request for a site approval. The proposed casino would be located just west of Harrah’s Gulf Coast, along HWY 90 and Oak St. If approved, the potential casino could have 300 hotel rooms, over 900 slot machines, and a 53,280 square floor casino floor.

In addition to the casino, a replica of the historic Tullis Manor, which was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, would be built on the west end of the property.

We will keep you updated with the outcome of the Mississippi Gaming Commission’s meeting on Thursday.
