New bubble STEM area at Lynn Meadows Discovery Center

Lynn Meadows has a new addition that is popping!

Gulf States Engineering Incorporated donated their newest exhibit, the bubble STEM area.

There is one section that makes several different types of bubbles and an exhibit that makes one huge bubble.

The exhibit also includes a magnet wall that introduces STEM to the children by rolling balls through changeable tunnels.

For the parents, there are new benches and fans by the exhibit to keep cool while the children are playing outside. Lynn Meadows Development Director Stephanie Norris said, “They use their imagination. What child doesn’t love a bubble? They use their imaginations to reformat the magnet wall, to form tunnels, and is just hands-on play.”

The bubble exhibit STEM area can be found outside by the toddler room.
