New breakfast spot The Toasted Yolk opens in Biloxi

Has a good brunch spot been on your mind lately? Well, today’s your lucky day with the grand opening of a new downtown Biloxi restaurant.

The Toasted Yolk Café opened its doors for its grand opening as people filled the new venue. The restaurant, located right across from MGM Park on Howard Avenue, opens as the 34th spot of the fast growing franchise started in Texas.

The spot features a bar with its signature meal, the toasted yolk, fan favorite shrimp and grits, with a host of other brunch variations.

Ryan Lafleur, co-owner of the franchise, gives us the unique aspect he believes the Toasted Yolk delivers to Biloxi. “I think we’re bringing something new that people are going to enjoy. Everybody’s been great. They’ve seemed to enjoy the art work, the murals, the Biloxi touch to everything.”

The Toasted Yolk hours are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. every day.
