Netflix, Nickelodeon team up to take on Disney Plus

Netflix and Nickelodeon are teaming up to take on the competition.

The two media companies signing a multi-year deal. Together the two will produce original animated content based on classic Nickelodeon characters and new ones, including a long-sought after “SpongeBob SquarePants” spin- off created just for Netflix.

News of the collab comes just one day after the launch of both company’s competition: Disney Plus.
