NCBC Gulfport hosts Bells Across America Remembrance Ceremony

The Naval Construction Battalion Center hosted the Bells Across America Remembrance Ceremony.

This event honors the Gold Star families who have lost an active duty service member.

Today’s ceremony celebrated and honored all the lives of fallen service members across all military branches.

A total of 80 names were read today with a bell being tolled after each one.

The bell was rung 8 times after to honor those not acknowledged by name.
