NCAA Baseball: Southern Miss vs. Liberty

Today was Opening Day for college baseball and it was a cold day at Pete Taylor Park, but the Golden Eagles brought the heat.

Southern Miss starting off their 2023 campaign with Liberty University. Pitching Coach Christian Ostrander gives All-American pitcher Tanner Hall the nod to start things off.

The pitching staff, made up of Hall, Tyler Martin, and Justin Storm, shut out Liberty. Golden Eagles win 3-0.

First pitch for game two is set for 4 p.m. tomorrow.
