In college, everyone is just as good as you are and just as strong and just as fast.”
There will be a lot of changes for students today, not just for them but for their families. The family of Turner told News 25 they will be sad to see him go but they’ll be cheering him on from the stands. “We’ve always talked about this moment and just with it coming along, it’s a humble experience. We’re a big family and we’re really close,” said Julius Turner, Jacques’ brother.
Turner’s family wouldn’t miss his big day, not even his baby brother. Turner’s dad, Julius Bullock, says he couldn’t be more proud. “It’s going to be sad but we’re happy. He worked hard to get to this point. He’s a hard worker on and off the field.”
“Every game that I can attend, I’ll be there,” said Turner’s brother, Julius.
Turner tells News 25 his dream is to play for the New Orleans Saints. Until then, he’s focusing on his game and his degree.
