NAACP joins family legal team in Nolan Wells death investigation
The NAACP is joining the legal team seeking answers in the death of Nolan Wells.
The organization’s office of general counsel says it will work alongside the Wells family’s legal team, which include Civil Rights Attorney Ben Crump.
NAACP General Counsel Kristen Clarke says the group will bring additional investigative resources to the case and push for truth and transparency.
The organization says it will also press for comprehensive fact-finding and accountability surrounding the circumstances of Nolan’s death.
