NAACP hosts municipal political forum
With primary municipal elections across the Coast quickly approaching, residents in Biloxi had the chance to meet their candidates ahead of casting their vote.
It was a packed house at the Frank Gruich Senior Center as the NAACP hosted its political forum Tuesday night.
City council candidates gave their introductions and best pitches on their vision for the future of the city and residents were given the chance to voice their concerns as well as ask candidates questions on the most pressing issues across the community.
For many residents, forums such as these play a crucial role in knowing who they’re really voting for when it comes to Election Day.
You can cast your vote for municipal primary elections on April 1st with general election day set for June 3rd.
