Murder Trial Delayed

The trial for a Coast man accused of killing his cousin has been delayed.
Twenty-six year-old Chris Fairley was scheduled to be in court this morning for trial. Fairley is accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old Mark Fairley in the summer of 2015.
Biloxi Police Department responded to a call last July of shots fired within an Iron Works Gym parking lot just off of Eisenhower Drive. When police arrived, they found Mark Fairley deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
Chris Fairley’s trial has been reset for March 13, 2017.
