Murder suspects appear in court

The three teenagers accused of killing six-year-old Kingston Frazier during a carjacking in Jackson were in court today for their preliminary hearings.
The case against 19-year-old Byron McBride has been bound over to a grand jury. He will be held without bond. McBride as well as 17-year-olds Dwan Wakefield and DeAllen Washington are all charged with capital murder in the death of the six-year-old boy.
Kingston Frazier was found shot dead in the back seat of his mother’s car after it was stolen hours earlier from the parking lot of a Jackson Kroger.
McBride could face execution while Wakefield and Washington could face life in prison without parole.
