MSU defensive end named All-American by Sports Illustrated and CBS Sports
Some high praise for Mississippi State defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons. He’s been tabbed as an All-American by a pair of publications.
The rising junior made the second team cut for both Sports Illustrated and CBS Sports, following a first-team All SEC campaign in 2017.
He ranked 11th in the conference with 12 tackles for loss and set a career best with five sacks.
