MSDH reports 528 cases of COVID-19 and seven deaths statewide

Today MSDH is reporting an additional 528 cases of COVID-19 in Mississippi and seven deaths.

Six of these deaths occurred between October 9 and October 12.

An additional death occurred on October 1, identified from death certificate reports.

Mississippi’s total of COVID-19 cases is now 497,379, with 9,907 deaths.
