MS State Faces Georgia Tech in Orange Bowl on New Year’s

Seventh ranked Mississippi State takes on 12th ranked Georgia Tech in the Orange Bowl, where they will look for their 11th win of the season. Head Coach, Dan Mullen, and Quarterback, Dak Prescott, both seem excited to be there for the game and the weather.

Mullen says, “It’s awesome. It’s 80 degrees out, it’s sunny, we were at the beach yesterday, but this is where we expected and wanted to go and these are the type of games we want in the future.”

Prescott says, “It’s fun. It’s late December and it’s 70 degrees outside, you are wearing shorts and short sleeves. It’s good and fun, everything the Orange Bowl has planned for us, the hospitality, the people, everything has been great.”

Mississippi State will play without their defensive coordinator, who took the same position with the Florida Gators earlier this month.
