Motorcycle Accident in Gulfport Sends One to Hospital

A motorcycle driver is in the hospital for minor injuries after an accident this afternoon.
According to Harrison County Sheriff’s deputies, around 3:40 this afternoon the driver of a motorcycle was cruising along Highway 49 north near Harrison Central High School when his breaks locked up and he rear-ended a Ford Taurus in front of him.
Traffic was down to one lane for about 30 minutes but the scene is all clear now.
