Moss Point Police investigating fatal shooting on Pearl Avenue

Moss Point police are actively conducting an investigation into a shooting which resulted in homicide.

The shooting occurred on Pearl Avenue in Moss Point, Mississippi. Police learned a victim was transported to Singing River Hospital, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The victim, identified as 22-year-old Yadel Tjalen Forrest of Moss Point, died as a result of those injuries.
