Moss Point Police Chief Stopped for Reckless Driving

WXXV has obtained video showing an incident with Moss Point Police Chief Art McClung possibly given special treatment by Pascagoula police after the chief was stopped for reckless driving.
The video reportedly shows him speeding on Highway 90, among other things.
