Moss Point Native Devin Booker named NBA All-Rookie First Team

Moss Point native and first round NBA Draft pick Devin Booker added another achievement to his collection after being named to the NBA’s All-Rookie First Team.
Booker played in 76 games for the Phoenix Suns, averaging nearly 14 points, two and a half rebounds and two and a half assists a game.
The 13th pick in last year’s draft was the fourth highest scoring rookie this past season and was top ten in three point percentage.
Booker played his high school basketball at Moss Point before playing one year at Kentucky. He was then selected with a lottery pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
