Moss Point Municipal Court partners with American Municipal Services to collect fines

The City of Moss Point and Moss Point Municipal Court have partnered with American Municipal Services (AMS) to collect all outstanding fines.

Last month, all outstanding fines with Moss Point Municipal Court were handed over to AMS. If you have outstanding fines, AMS will contact you via mail and phone with payment options.

For any future fines assessed by the court, you will have the option to pay in full or set up a 90-day payment plan. After 90 days, unpaid fines will be turned over to AMS for collection.
