Moss Point holding public hearing for city budget proposal

Looking ahead to tonight, a public hearing is scheduled at Moss Point City Hall to discuss the River City’s budget for the next fiscal year.

That meeting begins at 5:30 in the board of alderman chambers. In addition to discussions surrounding the budget city leaders will consider a resolution to fixing the city’s ad valorem tax levy ahead of the new fiscal year.

Once again, this is an open hearing for the public to attend.
