Mitchell Distributing brings Bud and Burgers competition to Bay St. Louis
Attention grill masters! Registration is still open to compete in a cook-off making its way to Bay St. Louis for the first time.
Mitchell Distributing’s Bud and Burgers series continues on September 10th. They’ve held this event in many Mississippi towns, including in Ocean Springs this past spring. Now the best grillers will compete for many prizes, including best in show and people’s choice.
It’s also open to the public to come out and sample each competitor’s burger and raise money for Our Lady of the Gulf Church in the process. Anna Grace Tanner with Mitchell Distributing said, “Everybody kind of thinks they make the best burger, so it’s really fun to see everybody get competitive and see what they do, what makes their burger the best, so that part’s really fun, but then it’s also really cool for the community to be able to come out and just be able to be together on a nice day.”

For people who just want to enjoy some of those delicious burgers, admission will be $10 per person.
Once again, Buds and Burgers in the Bay is set for September 10th from 1 to 5 p.m. on the grounds of Our Lady of the Gulf.
