Mississippi Pro Hockey needs a name
South Mississippi (WXXV)- Mississippi Pro Hockey is returning for another season under new ownership, but a name change may be on the horizon for the franchise.
Team leaders are now asking the community for ideas for the rebrand.
Those new name submissions will be accepted now until May 11. Submissions can be sent by clicking here.
Names will be narrowed down to five with the community able to vote on May 19.
The team’s new name, logo, and jersey design will be revealed on June 2.
