Mississippi Power providing cooling vests

Mississippi Power is also providing cooling vests for its workers who are outside in the heat.

This is the first summer that the utility company has used the cooling vests. They come with a pump that sends cool water through the vest.

That helps workers maintain body temperature as they’re working outside in hot weather for long periods of time.
