Mississippi Power crews replacing wooden poles with concrete poles
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- Mississippi Power announces they will begin upgrading wooden power poles, replacing them with concrete poles.
This work will be taking place along Highway 90 in Ocean Springs.
The upgrade will enhance reliability by strengthening the system.
Residents can expect to see crews begin working this week. Traffic control measures will be in place to keep drivers and the crew safe and keep traffic issues to a minimum.
